There are resources that can help you if you are experiencing anxiety or low mood due to the impact of the current corona virus pandemic
Let’s Talk Service, Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. This service offers advice about where to get further help with anxiety and low mood. It can offer cognitive behavioural therapy where suitable and has lots of useful resources on its website.
You can be referred by your GP or you can self-refer online or by calling 0800 073 2200
Gloucestershire counselling service is a charity based in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud. Counselling can be useful for relationship issues, bereavement and loss, or just a space to talk about your difficulties
Help Lines and Resources
During the coronavirus pandemic, AnxietyUK will be extending their helpline hours to provide additional support in the evenings until 10pm and over the weekend between 10am – 8pm so that they can offer support to as many people as possible who need help
