Southam Village Hall - Covid 19 Security

The Southam Village Hall Management Committee have decided to begin reopening the facilities for regular users and hirers in accordance with the latest Covid 19 advice.

Hall Capacity and Use.  We will consider potential hirers individually to make sure their activity complies with current government guidelines.  The hall capacity is limited to the activity being undertaken and is specified in our Risk Assessment.  The Kitchen, Ladies and Gents toilets will be closed until further notice.  Only the Unisex disabled toilet will be open.

Risk Assessment.  It is essential all Hirers read and understand our Southam Village Hall Covid 19 Risk Assessment (link below).  In addition, all Hirers of the hall should carry out their own Risk Assessment: a link to a sample form is also listed below.

Special Conditions.   In addition to our Southam Village Hall Covid 19 Risk Assessment, please read our Special Conditions of Hire during Covid 19 for Southam Village Hall (link below).  (Note: these conditions are supplemental to, not a replacement for, the Hall's ordinary conditions of use).

Agreement to Hire the Village Hall.  Hirers are required to sign a new Booking Form (Hirer Agreement) which confirms your acceptance of our additional Clause 18.4 in our ordinary conditions of use and the Special Conditions of Hire during Covid 19.

Your signed booking form must be returned either via email to the Booking Secretary or by post to the address on the Booking Form.

Training.  Hirers will be contacted to have a training session before using the hall.
